This month's Bitesize Birth Lecture is Wednesday 14th June, 7.30pm UK time and is about gestational diabetes. The cost is just £10. If you can't make it live, don't worry a link to the recording will be sent out after the session to everyone who books.

The lecture will cover:

What gestational diabetes is

What increases and decreases the likelihood of it happening

What parents, doulas, birthkeepers, midwives can do to help

What may be advised and the evidence

Includes a PDF handout with information, meal plans and recipes and links to helpful supplements

Plenty of time for questions, discussing cases and reflection in a supportive and friendly space.

Thank you to this gorgous group who attended my in person course yesterday.

We had a lovely day, shared a delicious lunch, learnt and practiced some techniques and shared a lot of birth stories, wisdom and support. It was gorgous.

I'm teaching in Ruislip tomorrow and Shoreham by Sea next Monday but these dates are fully booked. The next available in person dates, if you would like 6 hours of biomechanics learning online and then 7 hours in person training are:
