This month's Bitesize Birth Lecture is Wednesday 14th June, 7.30pm UK time and is about gestational diabetes. The cost is just £10. If you can't make it live, don't worry a link to the recording will be sent out after the session to everyone who books. The lecture will cover:
What gestational diabetes is
What increases and decreases the likelihood of it happening
What parents, doulas, birthkeepers, midwives can do to help
What may be advised and the evidence
Includes a PDF handout with information, meal plans and recipes and links to helpful supplements
Plenty of time for questions, discussing cases and reflection in a supportive and friendly space.

Thank you to this gorgous group who attended my in person course yesterday.We had a lovely day, shared a delicious lunch, learnt and practiced some techniques and shared a lot of birth stories, wisdom and support.
